Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience leading enterprise-wide or agency-wide transformation initiatives.
• Experience advising senior leadership on change management initiatives.
• Able to mentor staff and build organizational capability.
• Experience applying change management methodologies (Prosci ADKAR, Kotter, Bridges, Burke Litwin).
• Experience with workforce planning and organizational assessments, readiness and roadmapping.

Responsibilities

• Support organizational change management workstreams for enterprise transformation programs.
• Conduct organizational assessments and readiness analyses.
• Develop change management strategies, plans, and roadmaps.
• Conduct stakeholder analyses and workforce analyses and build human capital plans.
• Develop executive engagement and communication strategies.
• Collaborate with systems engineers, design teams, and program managers.
• Provide strategic recommendations to senior leaders on readiness and workforce transformation.
