Job summary

The role partners with technical, operational, and executive stakeholders to develop and execute change strategies that enable adoption of new capabilities and workforce readiness.

Qualifications

• Requires 8 years of related experience with a bachelor’s degree, or 6 years with a master’s, or 3 years with a PhD.
• Experience leading enterprise-wide transformation initiatives.
• Experience advising senior leadership on change management initiatives.
• Must be eligible for Top Secret clearance; U.S. citizenship required.

Responsibilities

• Support organizational change management workstreams for enterprise transformations.
• Conduct organizational assessments and readiness analyses.
• Develop change management strategies, plans, and roadmaps.
• Conduct stakeholder analyses and workforce planning.
• Build human capital plans including training and development.
• Develop executive engagement and communication strategies.
• Design and facilitate workshops with senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
• Develop change impact assessments and adoption metrics.
• Measure organizational adoption with qualitative and quantitative metrics.
