About This OpportunityThis is an exciting opportunity to help build the organizational and talent capabilities that will support TFL's Strategy 2030 vision. We're seeking an Organization Development & Learning Specialist who enjoys turning business needs into practical learning, leadership and organizational solutions—and then rolling up their sleeves to make them happen. This is a hands-on builder role spanning learning and development, organizational development, change, leadership and associate development, onboarding and other talent practices. You'll partner closely with leaders and HR colleagues to create tools and experiences that are practical, scalable and meaningful for our associates. Success in this role requires strong OD and learning expertise, curiosity, creativity and an execution mindset—someone equally comfortable shaping an approach and doing the detailed work to bring it to life.
Key ResponsibilitiesSuccess requires a builder and a doer. This person should be equally comfortable helping shape an approach, creating the materials, facilitating the experience, using data and technology to make it scalable, and following through on implementation. The role requires curiosity, agility and enough OD/L&D expertise to bring informed recommendations while remaining highly practical and execution focused.
