Job summary

Donor Network West is seeking a Clinical Procurement Coordinator I to manage donor referrals, evaluations, and coordination of organ recovery and distribution. The role includes donor family support and collaboration with hospital staff and coroner/ME offices.

The CPC I will maintain donor records, oversee chart reviews, and help ensure compliance with UNOS and DNWest protocols while traveling within the service area as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in nursing or biological sciences or related allied health field.
• 2 years in critical care or 1 year in another OPO clinical role.
• ACLS certification.
• Must be able to travel within the service area.

Responsibilities

• Respond to donor referrals and perform donor evaluations.
• Coordinate organ recovery and allocation with OR staff and DNWest teams.
• Support donor families and provide compassionate education and updates.
• Maintain accurate donor records and documentation.
