Job summary

Donor Network West is seeking a Clinical Procurement Coordinator I to support donor referrals, evaluation, and management. The role collaborates with hospitals, coroner/medical examiner offices, and DNWest teams to ensure ethical, efficient organ and tissue donation processes.

The CPC I will assist families, participate in donor case workups, and ensure accurate documentation and compliance with UNOS standards. Travel across the service area is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required, in Nursing or biological sciences or related field.
• 2 years in a critical care setting or 1 year in an OPO clinical role.
• Obtain ACLS certification and maintain CPTC or equivalent certification.

Responsibilities

• Respond to donor referrals and evaluate donor suitability with clinical staff.
• Coordinate organ recovery, preservation, and distribution with OR and hospital teams.
• Provide donor/family support and complete required documentation.
