Job summary

Hudson Guild seeks a People and Organizational Manager to lead employee development, performance management, and workforce analytics. You will design onboarding, leadership programs, and retention initiatives while partnering with leadership to strengthen culture.

You will support recruitment, succession planning, and training, using BambooHR to monitor standards and trends. The role demands strong instructional design, data insights, and stakeholder collaboration.

Qualifications

• Degree in HR/OD or related field required.
• 2+ years in training, development, or learning roles.
• Experience designing and evaluating training programs.
• Ability to analyze data and translate to learning strategies.
• Strong instructional design and communication skills.
• Experience with HRIS; BambooHR preferred.
• Excellent written/spoken communication; project management.

Responsibilities

• Lead performance management and employee development initiatives.
• Analyze workforce data to identify learning needs and gaps.
• Design onboarding, professional development, and leadership programs.
• Support recruitment, succession planning, and retention efforts.
• Coach managers on performance and development strategies.
• Collaborate with Quality & Evaluation Team on data-driven learning priorities.
