Job summary

Arcesium, a global financial technology firm, is seeking a Manager/Senior Manager of Organization and Talent Development in New York. You will shape organization structure, talent evaluation, and growth pathways, partnering with senior leaders to translate business needs into practical people processes.

You will design performance and career frameworks, analyze workforce data, and lead global Human Capital initiatives to improve organizational effectiveness across geographies.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in Talent Management, Organization Development, or related field.
• Experience partnering with senior leaders on complex organization and workforce questions.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to translate ambiguity into structured analysis.
• Ability to connect business strategy with organization structure, talent, and capabilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, and stakeholder facilitation skills.
• Experience in technology, financial services, consulting, SaaS, or other complex, high-growth environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Partner with senior leaders on organizational and talent-related questions with an enterprise perspective.
• Lead organization design and effectiveness work, including structures, spans and layers, roles, and operating models.
• Design and evolve performance management, talent assessment, promotion, and career processes.
• Develop career architecture and job/role frameworks for clearer paths and expectations.
• Identify critical capabilities and translate them into upskilling strategies.
• Use data to identify patterns, risks, and opportunities and translate into actionable recommendations.
• Develop scalable frameworks and tools across geographies with local differentiation.
• Lead global Human Capital initiatives to strengthen effectiveness and outcomes.
• Build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders and influence decisions.
