Job summary

Equinox is seeking a Senior Manager, Talent Development & Operations in New York to lead enterprise talent processes and development initiatives. You will partner with the VP to evolve performance, succession, coaching, and engagement programs across Club and Corporate locations.

You will balance strategic design with hands-on execution, build scalable processes, and drive adoption through data-driven insights and strong leadership collaboration.

Qualifications

• 7-10+ years of progressive HR experience with 5+ years focused Learning and Talent Development.
• Demonstrated experience strategizing and leading talent processes and leadership development.
• Experience supporting change management through design/evolution of processes in a complex, multi-location organization.
• Proven experience designing/implementing learning programs at scale.
• Strong consulting skills to influence senior leaders and drive alignment.
• Experience in a matrixed, multi-location organization.
• Executive presence to influence confidential discussions and senior leaders.
• Data-driven mindset with metrics to drive impact.
• Excellent communication and facilitation skills for diverse audiences.

Responsibilities

• Own and evolve the integrated talent development strategy aligned with business priorities.
• Lead change management for talent processes and drive adoption.
• Collaborate with leadership to develop, enhance and execute core talent processes.
• Ensure processes are scalable, data-driven, and manager-friendly.
• Develop and maintain succession plans and development actions.
• Translate talent insights into actionable development plans.
• Coach senior leaders on talent decisions and performance conversations.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver talent solutions across locations.
• Oversee LMS content and governance to support programs.
