Qualifications

• Direct, hands-on change management experience with end-to-end ownership.
• Led a change workstream or project and owned outcomes.
• Experience with enterprise-scale transformation and cross-functional initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Manage planning, execution and control of Org Chg projects with defined deliverables, schedule, cost and quality.
• Develop change work, resource and quality plans; lead project meetings and tracking.
• Lead change effort: stakeholder analysis, readiness, adoption, and translate design decisions into people impacts.
• Monitor progress, address issues, and manage client expectations and satisfaction.
