Qualifications

• 5+ years of change management experience.
• Led a change workstream or project with outcomes.
• Experience with enterprise-scale initiatives and transitions.

Responsibilities

• Determine change issues and required deliverables; define resources and plans.
• Develop change plans, schedules, meetings; manage project tracking and analysis.
• Lead workstream-level change effort: readiness and adoption across affected areas.
