Sirius Staffing is seeking an experienced Organizational Change Management Consultant to support business transformation initiatives in Tampa, FL. This role will develop and implement change management strategies to drive employee adoption of new processes, systems, and technologies.

• Bachelor's degree in Change Management, Human Relations, Communications, Public Relations, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of organizational change management experience.
• Experience supporting large-scale organizational change or business transformation initiatives.
• Experience conducting change impact assessments and readiness assessments.
• Experience developing change management strategies and stakeholder engagement plans.

Responsabilidades

• Lead organizational change management activities across multiple projects, including large-scale transformations.
• Develop and execute change management strategies, implementation plans, and adoption initiatives.
• Conduct change impact analyses, readiness assessments, and stakeholder assessments.
• Identify change-related risks and mitigate resistance.
• Develop communication plans, presentations, FAQs, reference guides, and employee engagement materials.
• Partner with HR, project managers, and cross-functional teams to support changes.
• Identify training needs and coordinate development of training materials and e-learning.
• Facilitate stakeholder meetings, training sessions, and change discussions.
• Track deliverables, adoption metrics, and project milestones.
• Provide regular updates and recommendations to leadership.
