PNC is seeking an Organizational Change Consultant to join the HR Strategy Delivery and Risk organization, based in multiple U.S. locations including Pittsburgh.

The role drives change management for HR modernization and other enterprise initiatives, overseeing planning, execution, and delivery to meet schedule, cost, and quality commitments. The candidate should bring hands-on change leadership, proven success in large-scale transformations, and strong stakeholder management capabilities to

Qualifications

• Direct, hands-on change management experience.
• Led a change workstream or project and owned outcomes.
• Experience with complex, enterprise‑impacting initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Determine change issues and required deliverables; define and manage resource needs, allocations.
• Develop change work, resource, and quality plans, schedules; conduct project meetings; own project tracking, analysis, and management.
• Lead the workstream-level change effort: stakeholder analysis, change impact assessment, readiness, and adoption.
• Monitor progress and results delivery; identify resistance early, manage change saturation, and resolve project and stakeholder issues.
