Job summary

Trustpoint.One is seeking an experienced Temporary Conflicts Attorney licensed to practice in Oregon to join a leading international firm. You will help identify and resolve conflicts across global matters, working closely with partners and the conflicts team.

The ideal candidate will have a JD, active Oregon bar membership, and at least 3 years of legal experience, with strong knowledge of U.S. conflicts of interest rules and ethics.

Qualifications

• JD and active bar membership in Oregon.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience practicing law.
• Strong working knowledge of U.S. conflicts of interest rules and legal ethics principles.

Responsibilities

• Advise partners, attorneys, and the conflicts team on conflicts of interest matters.
• Supervise the workflow and development of at least two Compliance Analysts.
• Collaborate with firm leadership on conflicts and risk issues related to new matters and growth opportunities.
• Manage a docket of approximately 15–30 conflict matters at a time.
