Job summary

Trustpoint.One is seeking an experienced Temporary Conflicts Attorney in Washington to join a leading global law firm. You will advise on conflicts and risk management, partnering with partners and the conflicts team, and oversee junior analysts in a collaborative, high-caliber environment.

The role requires a JD and Washington bar admission, with a minimum of 3 years' practice, strong ethics knowledge, and excellent communication.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) and active bar membership in Washington.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience practicing law.
• Strong working knowledge of U.S. conflicts of interest rules and legal ethics principles.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience working effectively within a multicultural, collaborative environment.
• Ability to build relationships and communicate confidently with professionals at all levels of a law firm.

Responsibilities

• Advise partners, attorneys, and the conflicts team on conflicts identification, analysis and resolution.
• Supervise the workflow and development of at least two Compliance Analysts.
• Collaborate with attorneys and leadership on conflicts and risk related to new matter intake and growth opportunities.
• Manage an active docket of approximately 15 to 30 conflict matters at any given time.
