Job summary

Trustpoint.One is seeking an experienced Temporary Conflicts Attorney licensed to practice in the United States to join a high-performing global law firm. You will identify, analyze, and resolve complex conflicts, advising partners and the conflicts team on matters of interest and risk.

You will supervise at least two Compliance Analysts and collaborate across offices on new matter intake, practice growth, and conflict resolution, while managing an active docket of 15–30 matters at any given

Qualifications

Juris Doctor (JD) and active bar membership in the U.S.
Minimum of 3 years of experience practicing law.
Strong working knowledge of U.S. conflicts of interest rules and legal ethics principles.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Experience working effectively within a multicultural, collaborative environment.
Ability to build relationships and communicate confidently with professionals at all levels of a law firm.

Responsibilities

As a Conflicts Attorney, identify, analyze, and resolve complex conflicts issues across the firms' global practice.
Advise partners, attorneys, and the conflicts team on conflicts, interests, and risk.
Supervise the workflow and development of at least two Compliance Analysts.
Collaborate with attorneys and leadership on conflicts and risk related to new matter intake and practice growth.
Manage an active docket of approximately 15 to 30 conflict matters.
