Job summary

ABB Installation Products is seeking an Order-to-Delivery Business Lead to own the end-to-end process for a high-volume manufacturing value stream—from demand and replenishment through production, inventory, to warehouse and shipment. You will co-own the SAP solution with the SAP lead, decide what gets fixed and in what order, and stay until the target is achieved.

This is a founding IT role with authority to change processes and systems, reporting to the Vice President of IT, with remote work

Qualifications

• Degree in supply chain, engineering, business or related field.
• Experience delivering end-to-end order-to-delivery improvements across demand, production, inventory and fulfillment.
• SAP experience in order fulfillment or related processes; hands-on use acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Own on-time, in-full delivery for a high-volume manufacturing value stream from demand to shipment.
• Co-own the SAP solution with a technical lead; prioritize fixes and changes.
• Set priorities for stock allocation, ex-ante fixes, and change management across plants and distribution centers.
• Run short experiments and scale those that move the number.
• Report results honestly to business leaders, including what isn’t working.
