SimpliSafe, based in Boston, is seeking a seasoned Order-to-Cash professional to own billing system operations and optimize Zuora and related O2C applications. You will partner with Finance, CX, and IT to reduce risk and enhance customer experiences.

Qualifications include 3+ years with Zuora or similar platforms and 5+ years in business/financial systems, with a strong emphasis on analytics, controls, and process documentation.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on experience implementing, optimizing, or sustaining Zuora or similar order-to-cash
• 5+ years in business systems, operations, or financial systems roles in fast-paced environments
• Bachelor’s degree in information systems, CS, or finance/accounting
• Strong analytical and communication skills to solve complex problems
• Experience writing functional requirements and test/release plans

Responsibilities

• Serve as admin for order-to-cash applications (Zuora, AvaTax, payments) and manage configurations
• Design and test internal controls across order-to-cash processes
• Collaborate with Finance, Tax, CX, and eCommerce to document needs and publish processes
• Monitor system effectiveness and propose improvements for accuracy and efficiency
• Support engineering with acceptance criteria, demos, and stakeholder approvals
• Set standards for system administration across the order-to-cash stack
