Job summary

Homecare Homebase is seeking a Senior Finance Systems Lead to own Zuora and related Finance platforms, driving end-to-end billing and revenue processes. You will lead implementation efforts, coordinate cross‑functional teams, and optimize system configurations and controls to enable accurate month‑end close.

The role emphasizes governance, testing, and documentation, with collaboration across Accounting, FP&A, IT, and Sales Operations to deliver scalable, reliable financial systems.

Qualifications

• Deep knowledge of Zuora billing and revenue processes.
• Experience leading system implementations and integrations.
• Ability to document controls, testing, and governance.
• Cross-functional collaboration with Accounting, IT, and Sales Operations.
• Strong focus on process optimization and month-end enablement.

Responsibilities

• Zuora Functional Ownership & SME — primary Finance SME for Zuora across billing, revenue, close.
• Lead Finance workstreams for system implementations, enhancements, and integrations involving Zuora and related platforms.
• Identify opportunities to simplify and automate Finance processes through configuration and integrations.
• Develop knowledge of system activities supporting month-end close and ensure controls and documentation are in place.
• Coordinate Finance requirements, testing, deployment readiness, and post‑implementation support.
