Hearst Health, through Homecare Homebase, seeks a Senior Finance Systems Lead to own Zuora-based billing and revenue processes, drive system integrations, and optimize finance workflows. You will partner with accounting, FP&A, IT, and operations to ensure accurate month-end close and scalable solutions.

The role emphasizes end-to-end Zuora know-how, process documentation, and governance while coordinating cross-functional teams to deliver improvements and robust controls.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of Zuora billing and revenue processes.
• Experience leading system implementations and integrations.
• Ability to document processes and create training materials.
• Adept at cross-functional collaboration with Accounting and IT.

Responsibilities

• Zuora Functional Ownership & SME — act as Finance SME for Zuora across billing, revenue, and close.
• Lead the Finance workstream for system implementations, enhancements, and integrations.
• Identify opportunities to simplify and automate Finance processes through configuration and integrations.
• Support month-end close with documented, repeatable, controlled processes.
• Lead testing, validation, deployment readiness, and post-implementation support.
• Maintain controls, data governance, and documentation standards for Finance systems.
• Bridge Finance, IT, and Sales Operations to drive project delivery.
• Create process maps, system documentation, and training materials.
