Job summary

United Site Services in Meridian, Idaho is seeking a Lead Solutions Group Specialist Representative to ensure world-class customer service and end-to-end order management for USS solutions. You will supervise processes, guide staff, and coordinate with onboarding to keep orders accurate and timely.

The role emphasizes ownership, auditing orders, resolving issues, and serving as a product expert across USS offerings, with a focus on accuracy, pricing review, and timely payments.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years in customer services, order management, billing and collections or sales operations.

Responsibilities

• Distribute and execute assignments with leadership
• Provide process-specific instructions to staff and act as go-to for questions
• Monitor task queues and inform supervisor if action is required
• End-to-end account management of assigned Solutions group book-of-business
• Audit incoming orders for completeness, accuracy, and policy compliance
• Identify root causes through research and analysis
• Collaborate with Customer Onboarding to assign orders to the correct accounts
• Own order lifecycle from quote to order, amendments, invoicing and collection assistance
• Act as liaison between internal and external customers to ensure needs are met
• Oversee management of purchase orders, pricing and contracts
• Review invoices for pricing accuracy and service frequencies
• Monitor outstanding bills and ensure timely payments
• Serve as SME for USS products and services
• Performs other duties as assigned
