Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in Credit and Collections or related field.
• Experience in accounts receivable and customer service.
• Credit and Collections, Accounts Receivable, customer service or related training; or equivalent combination of education and experience

Responsibilities

• Manage all activities in accounts receivable and billing.
• Interact with customers to collect and reconcile balances.
• Collaborate with sales and customer service to resolve issues.
• Monitor postings and third-party portals to drive timely collections.
• Escalate uncollected balances and coordinate with third-party collections.
• Support department KPIs and identify process improvements
