Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Answers customer calls about orders.
• Reviews and processes conflicted orders using dashboard and reporting software.
• Provides feedback to customers regarding orders.
• Verifies customer and order information for accuracy.
• Informs customers of shipping dates or delays.
• Enters customer/order info on order forms.
• Prepares invoices and shipping documents.
• Checks inventory records for product availability.
• Collects payment and records transactions.
• Provides second-mile customer service with a positive attitude.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
