Job summary

LanceSoft, Inc. is seeking a Senior Sales Account Specialist to manage key vendor accounts and oversee the complete sales order lifecycle. You will coordinate with Logistics, Operations, Supply Chain, and Credit teams to ensure timely order processing and fulfillment.

The role requires strong sales experience, customer service skills, and excellent Excel capabilities to manage multiple orders and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales, account management, customer service, or order management.
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills and data accuracy.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Ability to collaborate across Logistics, Operations, and Credit teams.
• Proven ability to manage multiple orders and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Initiate and manage sales activities with vendors and customers.
• Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and customers.
• Serve as primary contact for inquiries, orders, pricing, and resolution.
• Manage entire sales order lifecycle from order to fulfillment.
• Coordinate with Logistics and Order Management to process POs and GI.
• Monitor inventory, pricing discrepancies, and issue resolution.
• Create and maintain weekly sales and order trackers.
