Job summary

Kelly is seeking a Customer Support Representative I in Morristown, NJ to coordinate and follow up on business orders, serving as a key contact between customers and internal teams. The role supports import/export accounts and helps resolve routine issues with a focus on accuracy and timely communication.

You will handle inquiries through email, phone, and other channels using SAP, maintain master data, and provide back-up support while contributing to high customer satisfaction and service

Qualifications

• Experience supporting orders and accounts via SAP or equivalent systems.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Detail-oriented with data accuracy in order processing.

Responsibilities

• Processes and verifies the accuracy of customer orders using SAP, received via email, telephone, EDI, or other channels, with attention to detail.
• Initiates actions to respond to customer service requests for order adjustments and communicates changes to relevant teams.
• Delivers high-quality service to internal and external customers and maintains positive relationships.
• Acts as a liaison between customers and the sales team to ensure needs are met effectively.
• Resolves issues related to order delays, back-orders, returns, and coordinates with Product Management, Quality, Transportation, and Warehousing as needed.
• Maintains SAP master data by updating customer account information.
