Job summary

Kelly Services is seeking an Analyst (Supply Chain Operations) in Raritan, NJ. The role will execute day-to-day master data management operations, manage data like Material Master, BOM, Production Versions in SAP/ECC, and support data quality initiatives to improve planning and production processes.

The analyst will collaborate with internal teams and third-party partners, develop documentation and SOPs, and contribute to governance and operational meetings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• 2 years of relevant professional business experience required.
• Strong written, oral, and presentation skills.
• English fluently required; local language skills preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate, create and maintain master data elements in SAP/ECC.
• Execute data operations and data quality processes, including tests and validation.
• Engage with partners; provide guidance and knowledge transfer to third-party teams.
• Prepare metrics, dashboards, and tracking to support department operations.
