Job summary

Kelly in Phoenix, NY is seeking an Inside Sales/Customer Service Representative who thrives on helping customers and coordinating multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. You will support existing and new customers, handling product questions and processing quotes and orders.

You’ll also work closely with outside sales reps and service technicians to ensure timely, accurate customer support and seamless order fulfillment.

Qualifications

2+ years of customer service and/or inside sales experience.
Strong customer service and communication skills.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage deadlines.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
Experience with sales order and/or purchase order entry preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide responsive, professional customer service to existing and prospective customers.
Respond to customer inquiries and assist with product questions and troubleshooting.
Prepare and follow up on customer quotes.
Process sales orders and purchase orders accurately.
Enter and maintain customer and order information in internal systems.
Follow up with outside sales representatives and service technicians regarding customer needs.
Maintain current knowledge of products, specifications, and new product offerings.
Communicate order and product information clearly to customers and internal teams.
Assist with resolving customer issues and ensuring timely follow-up.
Perform data entry and other administrative duties as needed.
