Job summary

Performance Food Group is seeking a warehouse associate in Springfield, VT to select cases and other products from multi-level racks and prepare orders for shipment. You’ll use an electric pallet jack to move pallets to the loading dock and ensure safety, accuracy, and quality throughout the process.

Role requires the ability to lift up to 100 lbs, work in dry, cooler, and freezer environments, and pass a background check. Boots and uniforms are provided; incentives may apply.

Qualifications

• Able to work scheduled/assigned shifts, including overtime.
• Able to stand, walk, reach and lift repeatedly during shifts.
• Capable of lifting 10–35 lbs regularly and up to 60–100 lbs location dependent.
• Work in dry, cooler and freezer environments.
• Pass post-offer drug test and criminal background check.
• Become Electric Pallet Jack certified during training.
• Complete required training independently.

Responsibilities

• Select cases and containers to fill customer orders from rack storage.
• Move completed orders to loading dock using pallet jack/forklift.
• Wrap, label and readied shipments while following safety rules.
• Maintain quality standards and efficient product flow.
• Perform duties as assigned to support the team and company.
