Job summary

Performance Food Group is seeking a warehouse associate to select cases and containers from multi-level racks, prepare orders for shipment, and move pallets using electric pallet jacks and forklifts. The role includes operating in dry, cooler, or freezer environments and adhering to safety procedures.

The position emphasizes accuracy, productivity, and teamwork with growth opportunities in a fast-paced food distribution setting.

Qualifications

• Ability to stand, walk, reach, and lift repeatedly throughout the shift.
• Lift, stack, and/or pull product weighing 10-35 lbs regularly and up to 60-100 lbs depending on location.
• Ability to pass a post-offer drug test and criminal background check.
• Ability to become EPJ certified within the new-hire training period.

Responsibilities

• Select cases and containers to fill customer orders from multi-level warehouse racks.
• Operate pallet jack/forklift to move pallets, wrap and label shipments.
• Transport completed orders to shipping dock and ensure safety and quality standards.
