Job summary

Performance Food Group is seeking a warehouse associate to select cases and other items to fill customer orders from our multi-level rack storage system. You will use an electric pallet jack/forklift, load on pallets, seal, label, and prepare for shipment with safety and quality in mind.

The role starts at $20.50 per hour with a Sunday-Thursday shift from 4pm–6pm until finished. Day 1 benefits and growth opportunities are provided in a safe, inclusive environment.

Qualifications

• Ability to work scheduled/assigned shifts, including overtime.
• Stand, walk, reach, and lift repeatedly during the shift.
• Lift 10-35 lbs regularly; up to 60-100 lbs depending on location.
• Work in dry, cooler, and freezer environments.
• Pass post-offer drug test and background check.
• EPJ certification within new-hire training period.
• Complete required training independently.

Responsibilities

• Follow safety policies and procedures; keep work area safe.
• Review schedule, obtain supplies, and perform safety checks.
• Meet productivity and accuracy standards per location.
• Place pallets on pallet jack and locate products by order sheets.
• Move items from pick slots to pallets and prepare for shipment.
• Transport orders to shipping dock; wrap pallet as needed.
• Secure equipment and complete shift paperwork.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
