Job summary

Performance Food Group is seeking a warehouse order selector to pick cases and other containers from multi-level racks. You will place items on pallets, secure them, and move completed orders to the loading dock using an electric pallet jack and forklift while complying with safety and quality standards.

The role requires experience in a foodservice warehouse environment, conditioning for multi-temperature settings, and dedication to productive, accurate work flows.

Qualifications

• Must have previous foodservice/beverage warehouse selection experience.
• Must be able to pass post-offer drug test and criminal background check.
• Must become EPJ certified within the new-hire training period.
• Ability to complete required training independently.

Responsibilities

• Follow all safety policies and procedures; keep work area safe and report unsafe conditions.
• Review schedule, gather supplies, perform safety checks on pallet jack/forklift, wear PPE.
• Meet productivity and accuracy standards per location and guidelines.
• Place pallets on pallet jack and maneuver along racks to locate products.
• Transport completed orders to shipping dock staging area and wrap for shipment.
