Job summary

Performance Food Group's Performance Foodservice division seeks a warehouse order selector to efficiently fill customer orders from multi-level rack storage systems. You will select cases and containers, place on pallets, and prepare for shipment using pallet jacks or forklifts, ensuring safety and quality standards are met.

This role requires standing, walking, lifting up to 60-100 lbs, and working Sunday-Thursday shift from 6:00 PM to completion.

Qualifications

• Must be able to work scheduled shifts, including required overtime.
• Able to stand, walk, reach and lift repeatedly during shift.
• Capable of lifting 10-35 lbs regularly and up to 60-100 lbs.
• Work in multi-temperature environments (dry, cooler, freezer).
• Must pass post-offer drug test and criminal background check.
• Able to obtain EPJ certification during new-hire training.
• Able to complete required training independently.

Responsibilities

• Follow safety policies and maintain a safe work area.
• Review schedule, obtain supplies, and perform safety checks on pallet jack/forklift.
• Meet productivity and accuracy standards per location and guidelines.
• Move pallets along multi-level racks to locate products.
• Load and wrap pallets for shipping and transport to dock.
• Replace batteries and complete equipment inspections; secure gear at shift end.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
