Job summary

Coca-Cola Southwest Beverages LLC is seeking an Order Replenishment Merchandiser to ensure our beverages are readily available and attractively displayed for customers. This role covers Haslet, Saginaw, and N Fort Worth/Alliance routes, with five workdays per week and 3:00 AM start times until routes are complete.

Starting pay ranges from $19.68 to $24.73 per hour, based on experience, with performance-based incentives, quarterly bonuses, referral bonuses, and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Valid Driver's License, current vehicle liability insurance, and clean driving record.
• Must be able to use a personal vehicle during business hours.
• Ability to repetitively lift 50+ pounds, kneel, bend over, and reach above head height.
• Excellent planning and organization skills with strong attention to detail and follow-up.
• High School Diploma or Equivalent (preferred)
• No work experience required, but previous sales/merchandising experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain product displays & equipment placements
• Point of Sale advertising according to the company’s merchandising standards
• Maintain appropriate shelf allocation, product levels and product rotation in displays
• Manage stock inventory levels and trade breakage
• Determine product needs to place corresponding orders on existing sales routes
• Daily communication, problem resolution, and follow up with customers, co-workers and shoppers
