Job summary

Coca-Cola Southwest Beverages LLC seeks an Order Replenishment Merchandiser in El Paso, TX to build displays, place equipment, and ensure Coca‑Cola brands are always front and available on store shelves.

This role requires using your own vehicle, lifting up to 50+ pounds, and coordinating with store personnel. Starting pay is $17.82–$22.07 per hour with performance bonuses and comprehensive benefits. Shifts are Monday–Friday within a small store format.

Qualifications

• Valid Driver's License, current vehicle liability insurance, and clean driving record.
• Must be able to use a personal vehicle during business hours.
• Ability to repetitively lift, pull, and push 50+ pounds, kneel, bend over & reach above head height.
• Excellent planning and organization skills with strong attention to detail and follow-up.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain product displays & equipment placements
• Point of Sale advertising according to the company’s merchandising standards
• Maintain appropriate shelf allocation, product levels and product rotation in displays
• Manage stock inventory levels and trade breakage
• Determine product needs to place corresponding orders on existing sales routes
• Daily communication, problem resolution, and follow up with customers, co-workers and shoppers

Compensation: Starting pay ranges from $17.82 to $22.07 per hour, based on experience. Additional earning opportunities may include performance-based incentives, quarterly bonuses, referral bonuses, and comprehensive benefits.
