Job summary

Coca-Cola Southwest Beverages in Amarillo is seeking an Order Replenishment Merchandiser to ensure our beverages are ready for customers at the point of sale. You will build displays, rotate stock, manage shelf placement, and support sales routes to keep products available across small store formats.

The role requires a valid driver's license, ability to lift 50+ pounds, and use of a personal vehicle during business hours; no prior merchandising experience is required, though welcome.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license, current vehicle liability insurance, and clean driving record.
• Must be able to use a personal vehicle during business hours.
• Ability to repetitively lift, pull, and push 50+ pounds, kneel, bend over & reach above head height.
• Excellent planning and organization skills with strong attention to detail and follow-up.
• No work experience required, but previous sales/merchandising experience.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain product displays & equipment placements.
• Point of Sale advertising according to the company’s merchandising standards.
• Maintain appropriate shelf allocation, product levels and product rotation in displays.
• Manage stock inventory levels and trade breakage.
• Determine product needs to place corresponding orders on existing sales routes.

Work days/Shift Hours: 6:00am - until completion / Monday - Friday / Small Store format.

Compensation: Starting pay ranges from $19.68 to $24.73 per hour, based on experience. Additional earning opportunities may include performance-based incentives, quarterly bonuses, referral bonuses, and comprehensive benefits.
