Job summary

Coca-Cola Southwest Beverages LLC is seeking a dependable Order Replenishment Merchandiser in the Dumas/Guymon area, TX, to ensure Coca-Cola products remain visible and well-stocked. Responsibilities include setting up product displays, managing shelf space, and following merchandising standards on each route.

The role requires a valid driver's license, ability to use a personal vehicle for business, and the physical ability to lift 50+ pounds.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license, current vehicle liability insurance, and a clean driving record.
• Must be able to use a personal vehicle during business hours.
• Ability to repetitively lift, pull, and push 50+ pounds, kneel, bend over and reach above head height.
• Excellent planning and organization skills with strong attention to detail and follow-up.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain product displays and equipment placements.
• Point of Sale advertising according to merchandising standards.
• Maintain shelf allocation, product levels and rotation in displays.
• Manage stock inventory levels and trade breakage.
• Determine product needs to place corresponding orders on existing sales routes.
• Daily communication, problem resolution, and follow up with customers, co-workers and shoppers.

Work days/Shift Hours:6:00am until completion / 40+ hr work week / Combo Store format.

Compensation: Starting pay ranges from $19.68 to $24.73 per hour, based on experience. Additional earning opportunities may include performance-based incentives, quarterly bonuses, referral bonuses, and comprehensive benefits.
