Job summary

Coca-Cola Southwest Beverages is seeking an Order Replenishment Merchandiser to build displays, stock shelves, and manage product rotations along call routes in Claremore, Reasors and Tulsa, OK.

The position offers starting pay from $18.62 to $23.40 per hour, plus performance incentives, quarterly bonuses, referral bonuses, and comprehensive benefits. Shift starts at 6:00 AM and continues until completion, with daily communication and customer coordination.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver's license and current vehicle liability insurance.
• Must be able to use a personal vehicle during business hours.
• Ability to repetitively lift 50+ pounds and reach overhead.
• Excellent planning and organization with strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain product displays & equipment placements
• Point of Sale advertising according to the company’s merchandising standards
• Maintain appropriate shelf allocation, product levels and product rotation in displays
• Manage stock inventory levels and trade breakage
• Determine product needs to place corresponding orders on existing sales routes
• Daily communication, problem resolution, and follow up with customers, co-workers and shoppers

Preferred Experience

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• No work experience required, but previous sales/merchandising experience
