Job summary

Coca-Cola Southwest Beverages in East San Antonio is seeking an Order Replenishment Merchandiser to ensure our iconic brands are always available. The role involves creating and maintaining product displays, advertising POS, and managing stock on existing routes.

You should be able to drive a personal vehicle, lift 50+ pounds, and work a five-day schedule with early starts between 4:00 AM and 6:00 AM, with benefits and potential bonuses.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.

• Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly.
• Excellent planning and organization with strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain product displays & equipment placements
• Point of Sale advertising according to merchandising standards
• Maintain shelf allocation, product levels and rotation
• Manage stock inventory levels and trade breakage
• Determine product needs to place corresponding orders on existing routes
• Daily communication, problem resolution, and follow up with customers

Work days/Shift Hours: Five day work week - days off will vary. Start time- Between 4:00 AM to 6:00 AM- Finish

Valid Drivers License Required, Merchandising, Grocery Stocking Experience

Compensation: Starting pay ranges from $19.11 to $24.00 per hour, based on experience. Additional earning opportunities may include performance-based incentives, quarterly bonuses, referral bonuses, and comprehensive benefits.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Build and maintain product displays & equipment placements
• Point of Sale advertising according to the company’s merchandising standards
• Maintain appropriate shelf allocation, product levels and product rotation in displays
• Manage stock inventory levels and trade breakage
• Determine product needs to place corresponding orders on existing sales routes
• Daily communication, problem resolution, and follow up with customers, co-workers and shoppers

Qualifications

• Valid Driver's License, current vehicle liability insurance, and clean driving record
• Must be able to use a personal vehicle during business hours
• Ability to repetitively lift, pull, and push 50+ pounds, kneel, bend over & reach above head height
• Excellent planning and organization skills with strong attention to detail and follow-up.

Preferred Experience

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• No work experience required, but previous sales/merchandising experience
