Job summary

Sanmina-SCI Systems de México is seeking an Order Entry Administrator in Newark, California. This individual will process and enter orders from global customers while ensuring accuracy and timeliness in customer interactions to resolve issues.

The ideal candidate will hold a college degree in Administration and have 4-6 years of relevant experience. Familiarity with Oracle and Excel is advantageous. This role requires multitasking in a dynamic environment and is located at an ITAR facility, so US citizenship or lawful permanent residency is necessary.

Job Purpose:

The Order Entry Administrator is responsible for processing and entering orders from email and from our global customers. The successful candidate is responsible for accuracy, timeliness and customer interaction to resolve purchase order problems.

Nature of Duties:

• Processes orders from program management, sales staff or direct customer contact. Maintains customer files with sales contracts and other information
• Gives price quotations, completes order sheets and checks the price and quantity of each item listed. Distributes order sheets to respective departments
• Coordinates with departments regarding order status, shipping dates, prices, product availability and back orders

Education and Experience:

• Minimum of a recognized college degree in Administration
• Typically requires a minimum of 4-6 years related experience
• Prior experience with Oracle and Excel a plus
• Organized and analytical, high level of detail
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a dynamic environment

Salary Range (annual):

$52,000 - $62,400 ($25.00 - $30.00 per hour). Actual base pay within this range (determined at the offer stage) will be based on a candidate's years of relevant work experience, education, certifications, and skills, and is just one element of our total rewards package.
