Job summary

Sanmina Corporation is seeking an Order Processing Support to handle order entry, forecasts and pricing for materials or merchandise. You will interact with sales staff and other departments to ensure accurate data, confirm orders and manage changes in a fast-paced environment.

The role emphasizes handling orders within an ITAR facility, requiring attention to detail and coordination across teams, with Monday–Friday daytime hours.

Qualifications

• 6 months to 1 year of experience.
• ITAR facility; applicant must be a US Citizen or a lawful permanent resident.

Responsibilities

• Enter orders, order changes, forecasts and price lists into the Operational Control System and Support Systems; update data and manage related forms (PEX).
• Manage the order confirmation process and communicate with the customer about partial shipment approvals.
• Reschedule orders (backlog) and update backlog issue logs.
• Request internal plant approvals for ordering and forecasting changes.
• Maintain form parameters in Oracle; print and send PM instructions and collect signatures on forms.
• Understand the importance of order processing as a subscription/delivery process.
• Adapt to the defined processes and workflows.
• Track critical work orders (production or RMAs).
• Validate, load and modify purchase orders.
