Taylor Metal Products is seeking a reliable, full-time Order Processor to manage intake of customer orders and enter them into our cloud-based CRM, ensuring accuracy for production schedules. This role supports sales, finance, administration, and marketing while upholding policy compliance and timely document distribution.

The ideal candidate will have strong data-entry skills, proficiency with Microsoft Office, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume office environment.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or GED; college degree preferred.
• Experience with Microsoft Office and cloud-based computing.

Responsibilities

• Review orders for completeness and accuracy.
• Enter orders into CRM and production schedule.
• Coordinate with sales, finance, administration, and marketing as needed.
• Resolve discrepancies with appropriate departments and document dissemination.
• Maintain compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Back-up other positions to maintain productivity.
