Job summary

Taylor Corporation is seeking an Order/Electronic Image Processor II to join our team. In this role, you will review and process customer orders, ensure order information is complete and accurate, and work closely with manufacturing and customer service to help keep orders moving through production.

The position requires strong typing, proficiency with Microsoft Office and order-processing systems, and the ability to learn new software.

Qualifications

Must have working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Outlook.
Basic computer skills and ability to learn order-processing systems.
Accurate typing skills and attention to detail.
Ability to communicate professionally with internal partners.
Ability to read and understand work orders and procedures.
Basic math including fractions and decimals.

Responsibilities

Review and interpret customer order information to ensure completeness and accuracy.
Determine the appropriate system for order entry and enter orders.
Respond to questions from manufacturing and customer service about orders.
Prepare, organize, and sort orders for entry and processing.
Identify missing or incorrect order information and resolve discrepancies.
Collaborate with teams to support daily operations.
Maintain attendance according to facility guidelines.
