Qualifications

• Review order specifications from sales, customer service, and customers.
• Communicate by phone and email to ensure orders are processed correctly.
• Resolve order discrepancies with sales, customer service, and customers.
• Ensure accurate information is provided to manufacturing.
• Enter and maintain information in internal data management systems.
• Generate and prepare production work orders for the manufacturing floor.
• Work closely with office, manufacturing, and shipping teams.
• Maintain and file required documentation.
• Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
