Job summary

Taylor Metal Products is seeking a reliable, full-time orders administrator to process customer orders accurately and enter them into the CRM system. You will schedule production, coordinate with sales, finance, administration and marketing, and resolve discrepancies as needed.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or GED.
• Experience with Microsoft Office and cloud-based computing.
• CRM software experience desired.
• Typing skills and 10-key proficiency.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Detail oriented with ability to compile, sort, and verify accuracy of data.
• Good time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Review orders for completeness and accuracy.
• Enter orders into Enterprise CRM database.
• Enter orders into schedule for production and delivery.
• Resolve or clarify errors with appropriate departments.
• Distribute completed documents in appropriate locations.
• Follow established administrative procedures.
• Maintain compliance with company policies.
