Job summary

Mid America Pet Food is hiring a Customer Service Representative to enter and process purchase orders accurately in our ERP system, coordinating with Sales, Manufacturing, and Shipping to ensure product availability and timely processing.

The role requires at least 2 years in a fast-paced customer service or order management setting, strong data entry, and solid MS Office skills. You will handle calls for sales, customers, and suppliers and support administrative tasks in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in a fast-paced customer service or order management role.
• Intermediate MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) skills.
• Strong data entry and attention to detail; good communication.

Responsibilities

• Accurately enter and process purchase orders in a timely manner.
• Problem-solve by researching within the database, email exchanges, the internet, and appropriate personnel.
• Follow purchase orders to completion, resolving issues that delay processing.
• Answer incoming calls in support of the sales team, customers, and suppliers.
• Support administrative staff with general office tasks.
• Remain flexible to multi-task in a fast-paced technical environment.
