Pet Food Experts is seeking an Order Processing Representative to handle accurate order entry, discrepancy credits, and professional interaction with business partners. The role emphasizes expedient, precise completion of tasks in a tooling-driven environment.

The position requires meticulous attention to detail, reliable data entry, and commitment to delivering a world-class customer experience. Onsite schedule is Monday-Wednesday, 8:30AM - 3:00PM at our Pawtucket location.

Responsibilities

• Process orders and delivery discrepancies accurately for retailers, vendors, and sales team.
• Keep account notes up to date related to order processing.
• Update item catalog information to ensure accurate orders and optimal fill rates.
• Share recalled product information with retailers as needed.
• Maintain high-quality customer interactions and data integrity.
