Job summary

Randstad USA in Irvine, CA is seeking candidates to join our talent pipeline for upcoming Order Processor roles. These temporary opportunities involve accurately entering and tracking customer orders from receipt through shipment, supporting supply chain operations in a dynamic manufacturing environment.

Ideal candidates have data entry skills, at least 3 years of experience in order processing, and a High School diploma.

Qualifications

• 3 years experience in order processing or data entry.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Experience with ERP/CRM systems.

Responsibilities

• Receive, review, and accurately enter customer purchase orders into the ERP/CRM system in a timely manner.
• Verify product specifications, part numbers, unit pricing, order quantities, and shipping address details against customer contracts and master files.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams—including Production, Warehousing, Shipping, and Sales to confirm stock availability, schedule production, and monitor lead times.
• Communicate status updates, backorder notifications, or order changes directly to internal account representatives or customers as needed.
• Identify and resolve order discrepancies, shipping delays, or pricing inconsistencies before orders hit the production floor.
• Maintain precise digital records, invoices, shipping labels, and order documentation in accordance with company retention guidelines.

We are seeking organized and detail-oriented candidates to join our talent pipeline for upcoming Order Processor roles with our top manufacturing clients in Irvine, CA. By joining our pipeline, you will be first in line for short-term and contract opportunities where you will play a critical part in supply chain operations by accurately entering, updating, and tracking customer orders from receipt through shipment.

Responsibilities
