Job summary

MGA Entertainment, headquartered in Los Angeles, seeks an entry-level Junior Order Management Specialist to support accurate and timely processing of customer orders from receipt to distribution release. Training on D365, EDI processing, and order management procedures is provided, with growth as experience increases.

You will handle order processing and release, manage EDI exceptions, and support returns and reporting, while collaborating with Sales, Supply Planning, and Finance to maintain

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; college coursework or degree preferred.
• Office, administrative, customer service, or data entry experience preferred.
• ERP, EDI, or order management experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Enter EDI and manual customer orders in D365 following established procedures.
• Verify orders for items, quantities, pricing, case packs, ship dates, and cancel dates.
• Enter manual orders within 24 hours of receipt.
• Check inventory availability and flag potential shortages to Order Management and Supply Planning.
• Release orders to Distribution Center Operations no later than seven business days before ship date.
