The role provides hands-on exposure to ERP, EDI, and GenAI-driven order entry while collaborating with cross-functional teams in Customer Planning and Supply Chain.

The program supports about 20 hours per week during the school year, up to 40 hours during breaks, with a laptop provided and structured mentorship to guide daily tasks and career growth.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor’s degree with major in Business Administration, Business Analytics, Supply Chain, or Finance.
• Must have at least 3 semesters remaining in school by start date (May 2028 grads or later).
• Intern must be able to work at Schreiber's Home Office in Green Bay, WI.
• Proficient in Excel and with strong time management and multi-tasking abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and strong organizational skills.
• Ability to manage project timeframes and show initiative to grow.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Customer Planners, Order Support, Sales, Transportation, and more.
• Become expert in ERP order changes, mass updates, EDI and GenAI automated entry.
• Own key order management tasks and assist in daily operations.
• Participate in projects requiring new analysis of reports and statistics.
• Propose enhancements and automation with team collaboration.
