Schreiber Foods is offering a year-round HR internship in Green Bay, WI, with a flexible hybrid schedule—minimum three days in the office and the rest from home. The role is part-time during the school year and full-time during summer and breaks; end-of-April or early May start.

You will gather and analyze data to support HR metrics, create presentations, and enter job details into Workday. You'll also support the Schreiber Intern Program, ensure policy compliance, and help review job

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business or related field with HR emphasis preferred.
• Must maintain confidentiality and demonstrate strong analytical skills.
• Ability to work year-round, part-time during school and full-time in breaks.

Responsibilities

• Gather, organize, and analyze data to support HR metrics and dashboards.
• Create clear presentations and training materials.
• Enter job and position details into Workday.
• Support the Schreiber Intern Program and ensure policy compliance.
• Assist with reviewing and writing job descriptions.
