Job summary

Schreiber Foods, Inc. seeks a paid internship in Green Bay, WI, offering a hybrid schedule (3 days onsite, rest remote) and hourly pay of $18.75.

The role collaborates across Customer Planning, Sales, and Supply Chain, giving hands-on experience with order changes, ERP updates, EDI, and GenAI-enabled entry. You will support cross-functional teams, learn end-to-end order-to-cash processes, and participate in projects requiring data analysis, process improvements, and automation in a dynamic

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree with a major in: Business Administration, Business Analytics, Supply Chain, and/or Finance
• Must have at least 3 semesters remaining in school upon start date (May 2028 grads or later)
• Intern must be able to work at Schreiber's Home Office in Green Bay, WI
• Proficient in Excel
• Effective time management
• Ability to multi-task
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to manage the timeframe of a project request
• Desire to grow and take on new challenges and opportunities
• Strong problem-solving skills

Responsibilities

• Intern will collaborate with Customer Planners, Order Support Coordinators, Customer Experience, Sales, Transportation, Distribution, Supply Chain Planners, and the Customer
• Become an expert in order changes, mass updates in an ERP system, EDI and GenAI automated order entry
• Assist with key order management and customer processes
• Assist on everyday tasks and provide solutions in the best interest of the customer and organization
• Participation in projects that require new analysis of reports and statistics
• Review of processes and propose enhancements and automation
• Explore career opportunities by working in customer planning
